Far from Modern. A two story home with one entrance. I doubt that is even legal. Mold in the bathroom, paint peeling, dirty. Towels razor thin. Blankets have never seen water - filthy. One sharp knife in the kitchen - try working with that to fix a meal. Stove was utterly disgusting. Have never seen such a mess. I don't know what type of cleaners this owner has but they don;'t know what cleanliness is. It can be old but it should be clean and kitchens and bathroom should be appropriately stocked. I am not new to VRBO and this is the worse place ever. I would hope that the owner would have the decency to reimburse us for this unbelievable experience. I would never put something like this in writing but people need to know that horrible places do pop up on VRBO and not their fault if no one says anything.

Inside was spacious and clean. No toaster or knives was a problem and one of the mattresses was very uncomfortable. Not in a very good neighborhood, felt we had to drive everywhere

Girls Trip

Location close to all attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors friendly.One suggestions grab bars in bathroom tub.Was a older house . Need sensor light for back yard and alley between houses if going to park in back yard.We had a great time.

It was nice cozy house only problem there was a slight smell coming from the carpets but overall a very nice place would stay there again if I ever go back to i Agra falls

Don't do it!

Just to name a few reasons why not to book this place, pungent odor, dirty fridge, (i had to throw spoiled food away that was left in the refrigerator and wipe it out) mouse droppings on stove, Sink with food in both drains, black mold in cupboard under sink, dirt in bottom of kitchen drawers where all the utensils and coffee cups were stored. All metal fixtures rusty in bath and kitchen, bathroom towels (white) sitting on a dirty shelf and signs posted "Do not put any soiled toilet paper down the toilets." I took pictures and sent them to home owner and his response was, "the house is not to live in, just short term stay." Unacceptably response, I expected it to be clean!!! Especially since advertised through Vrbo! Needless to say, we did not stay here. We found a hotel and left as soon as we could.

Not What Was Expected

The description & photos of this property are very misleading. I was scared for the safety of my family. If I could upload pictures you’d see a bathroom that has a rusty tube from the sink to toilet-listed as a bidet. A shower with blue tape or unfinished construction work-that was so cleverly cropped out of the photo in listing. 2 filthy bathroom rugs, a filthy stove top, a boarded up house across the street, a toilet in the backyard of the neighbor, trash piles in the yard, do not flush toilet paper stickers on the bathroom walls-what else would we do with the used toilet paper? The owners left out air freshener-a necessity as the house had an odor. I stayed in the living room and wouldn’t sleep in the beds or sit on the toilets. I’m shocked that this was an approved property of VRBO. Do not waste your time or risk the safety of your loved ones. So very disappointed.
