Checkout couldn’t be easier, simply lock up when you are ready to leave and you are all set! We do not require our guests to do chores. Your comfort and relaxation is important to us. You are on vacation after all!

Enjoy this meticulously maintained home in downtown Niagara Falls! The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, premium cookware, and everything you need for the perfect vacation meal. The house features 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The driveway has space for up to two vehicles with ample street parking available. Bedrooms 1 & 2 each have Queen size beds with premium mattresses. Bedroom 3 has a Full size bunk bed. Bedroom 4 has two queen beds with premium mattresses. Additionally, there is a pack & play for any little ones and an air mattress for any extra guests. The sofa in the living room could also be used as a sleeping surface as well.

You will have private access to the full property during your stay.

The house is located 1 mile from the Falls and just a half-mile from the Casino! The home is located on a historic road in Niagara Falls. Only a 20-minute drive to downtown Buffalo - so if you're looking to see the Falls and explore BOTH Buffalo and NF and truly get a handle on the beautiful region of WNY, this is the ideal hub and location.

Uber and Lyft are readily available but a private vehicle is the best way of seeing all of the sights.

Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The house is for registered overnight guests only. No additional charge for up to 15 confirmed guests. There will be an additional charge of $45 per person for every guest in excess of 15 or for any additional guests who were not confirmed on the reservation. Please make sure the guest count is accurate when booking. If you need to change the guest count, please do so through the Airbnb platform prior to arrival. LOCALS MUST CONTACT US FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING. We reserve the right to cancel any local bookings that are not authorized.

No Smoking! We care very much about the air quality for our guests. We even work hard to use neutral cleaners to maintain air quality. Smokers must smoke outside away from open windows and doors. Smoking in the house will result in a minimum $400 additional cleaning fee.

*No cats allowed on this property. The owner is very allergic to cats.

When you bring a dog, please keep in mind that an additional cleaning fee of $100 will apply if dog waste is not picked up, pet hair is not vacuumed, or dogs are allowed to sleep on the furniture, causing odor or embedded pet hair. Most of our dog owners have been the cleanest and most responsible guests, and we rarely have to charge this fee. This fee goes directly to our cleaners to cover their extra time and expense and will be charged after checkout if necessary.

Early check-in/ late check-outs: We will do our very best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Please note that it is very rare that these can be accommodated, especially during the summer season. If you must arrive early or late, we suggest booking an additional day as we cannot guarantee availability. Overstaying past checkout time without prior permission will result in a charge of $75 per hour. This is the fee our cleaners charge us and we therefore have to pass it on.
