Highly recommend Simcoe Suites

Simcoe Suites is a lovely spot that we would recommend to anyone visiting the Niagara area. Location is great, place is spotless, and host was lovely.

Super amazing B&B

Amazing stay. Perfect location to access Port Dalhousie by foot. Was able to park my vehicle and see everything while walking. Great room. Super clean and well maintained. The couple that run the property were super helpful before arriving and provided beyond excellent service during our stay.

Terrific bed and breakfast with a wonderful host and fantastic breakfast. I have sung praises of this B&B to all of my friends and relations. The host is very helpful with tips of what to see and do in the "Niagara on the lake" region. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back some day.

Wonderful B&B

Simcoe Suites is the kind of B&B that makes you not want to leave and when you do you feel like you are leaving a friend. Katherine is a wonderful hostess. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfasts are wonderful, and the neighborhood is charming. There are several good restaurants within a short walk and the falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake are a few minute drive. We loved it.

Wonderful hosts and beautiful B&B

My friend and I stayed for two nights. We experienced a very warm welcome although we arrived very late. Beautiful and perfectly clean house and rooms, but the best was the breakfast - freshly cooked and warm AND so delicious. We got lots of useful tipps and advice for our stay in the area from the lovely hosts - thank you so much!

The Best Little B&B In Ontario!

We spent two nights at the Simcoe On the Henley B&B. The proprietors Kathleen & Jack were very friendly and open and interesting folks to sit and visit with. Kathleen's breakfasts were superb in both the quality of the meals and their elegant presentation. Kathleen took the time to give us maps, directions and even coupons to local businesses in St Catherine's and recommended several local wineries in and around the Lake Niagara region. We spent considerable time talking to a fascinating Dutch family who were also guests at the same time, over a leisurely breakfast. Kathleen's welcoming manner and outgoing personality made this visit very memorable to us. We would recommend the Simcoe Suites B&B to anyone traveling near the Niagara region. Deservedly 5 - Star rating! [Marc & Donna Minnies]

Katherine and her husband, Jack, were wonderful hosts. The place was everything you could ever want in a bed and breakfast and they really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. The breakfasts, made with local fresh ingredients were beyond delicious and Katherine's knowledge of the area and great suggestions made our short vacation extraordinary. We will definitely be back!

Katherine is a very upbeat, welcoming host. She sat with her guests during the scrumptious breakfast she thoughtfully prepared, using local ingredients. Fine china was used and brought the experience up to the highest standards. She sat and joined us for breakfast, making a point to get to know our plans for the day. She gave suggestions we would not otherwise have known about. Very knowledgeable in the area and region. Felt very taken care!!! Very much recommended if in the area or looking for a getaway.

Stay here!

This is a hidden gem in walking distance to downtown Port Dalhousie. The owner - Katherine - is the secret ingredient that makes this place so special. From beautifully customized breakfasts to sightseeing and dining recommendations in and around town, she makes every effort to make your visit as memorable and amazing as possible. The rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable ...like a home away from your own. Don’t look anywhere else, stay here! You won’t regret it! We cannot wait to come back!

Didn’t want to get out of bed!

Katherine and Jack are fantastic hosts. They have all the inside info on where to go, where to park, local history and current activities. The location is perfect- just a couple streets from the beach and close to some great restaurants. The house and rooms are immaculate, with a “welcome home” kind of ambience. The minute I slipped between the sheets, I knew I wouldn’t want to leave them- but Katherine’s breakfasts are worth getting up for! Can’t wait to return..

My wife and I have stayed at some very nice B&Bs, but none were as home-like as Simcoe Suites. Breakfasts were very good and the room was very nice, but Katherine made the stay special. We were only there a few days, but after a day of sight seeing, it felt like we were coming home. Katherine would sit with everyone at breakfast and ask what we planned for the day and then would offer suggestions to make our adventure easier or more pleasurable. The highest praise I can give is that Simcoe Suites felt like home.

Great B&B experience on Niagara Peninsula

Nice quiet area, comfortable room, and first and foremost an owner who cares. Good place for a weekend getaway or a short vacation visit with easy access to Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake or other locations on the peninsula.

Lovely!

More than a night's rest! Your hosts are warm-hearted and very kind people, who aim to please you. Our room was beautiful and very clean. You are invited to use the living room and dining room as you would your own and you will be served a most delicious breakfast that will fill you up for the day! The home is located in a lovely spot in Port Dalhousie.

An exceptional and delightful treasure

Our stay at Simcoe Suites far exceeded our expectations. We were wanting to stay at a intimate, cozy, comfortable, welcoming, beautiful , quiet, and friendly B and B and found this and much more at the Simcoe Suites. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was easy to relax there. Katherine made such wonderful breakfasts and helped us with every detail that we needed to know about how to make our days enjoyable as we traveled around the area. It was hard to leave on our last day as we wanted to experience more days in this delightful jewel.

Relaxing stay!

I enjoyed a fantastic weekend thanks to our hosts! The bed was so comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious! Katherine was very helpful in giving maps, lunch and restaurant tips and coupons fior nearby attractions. This B & B is perfect for visiting many places like wineries, Niagara Falls and Niagara-On-The-Lake by car. The B& B is quaint, clean and quiet. I found plenty to do in the immediate area! There is a television in the common area but not in the room. This was not an issue with me since I prefer to read before bed. The internet connection was great. I recommend staying here and exploring the region. The area is beautiful!

Lovely B&B near the water in a very nice area

Just a wonderful stay. Located in a very nice community close to restaurants and with the water so close you can glimpse views of it while having morning coffee on the porch. Very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful host

The host was super nice and made us feel like part of her family. She went through lots of effort to make us amazing breakfasts. The room and house are spotless and comfy. We would definitely go back.

This B&B was very nice. This character house was older of course but kept up really well. The breakfast was very good and overall we had a very good experience. I'd def recommend staying here.
