The Space:

With a bedroom and full bathroom located on the main floor, the home can comfortably function as a one-floor bungalow for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.



The bright open-concept living and dining space blends modern finishes with warm character, featuring solid wood furnishings, smart TV with streaming capabilities, and plenty of room to relax after a day exploring Niagara.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with complimentary coffee pods for the Keurig single-serve machine to help start your mornings right.



The main floor bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while upstairs features an open loft-style sleeping area with two additional beds and two desk spaces perfect for getting ready for a night out, remote work, or homework. Please note that the upstairs ceilings are low and may not be ideal for taller guests.



The bathroom includes both a relaxing soaker tub and a separate shower for added comfort and flexibility.

Guests will have private access to the home’s main living spaces and driveway during their stay. You’ll be the only ones staying on the property; however, the basement, garage, and backyard are not included with the rental and are reserved for storage and operational use. Free driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
