About this space
Come stay in our beautiful, completely remodeled two bedroom lower apartment. We put in A LOT of work and we are so proud to share it with you! We are located on a quiet residential street. Niagara Falls State Park is a 6 minute drive. TONS of great restaurants close by. Hyde Park is a two minute walk out your front door.
We will be available by text, to help with anything you need :)
The space
Double size living room, lots of seating. Small kitchen table, separate dining room, two large bedrooms with queen size beds. Large front porch with patio furniture. Full bathroom with tub and shower.
Guest access
Guests in the “Maria” will use the front entrance only, have full use of the driveway and use the front porch.

Two cars can fit in the driveway.

The beds are very comfortable! I loved sitting on the front porch reading and watching the squirrels. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very cute and cozy home. Great location. We woujd definitely stay again!

Very clean comfortable place!

I appreciate the cleanliness of the home. They have everything you need to have all the comforts of home. The bed was comfy and in a quiet neighborhood. There was somebody renting the top floor. We only heard them twice going up the stairs, but after that we didn't hear anything. You can tell the owners take pride in the home and if I go back to visit, I will definitely rent this one again.

Short getaway

Overall the stay was great! The place was very clean and the property manager was very prompt with responses to questions. The only 2 minor issues, personally, were... 1. If someone is renting the upstairs, you can hear every move they make downstairs. The steps for the upstairs guests are only separated by 2 doors that would lead into the downstairs apartment but are remain locked. One of those doors is very to the bedrooms. Therefore, it's somewhat loud when they come in our out. The other issue is that the front windows have extremely sheer curtains. Since the houses are so close together, I didn't feel much privacy knowing anyone could see into the house at any hour of the day. I was alone with my 2 daughters so this made me a little nervous. I felt those 2 things needed to be mentioned. Otherwise, the property was nice and close to attractions. S sheer curtains. Since theiothe. they

Overall was a nice place. Just a few things I didn't think to ask ahead of time.... No washer and dryer, can't control the thermostat ( but she did turn it when I texted her) had to go buy towels & washclothes, all the towels(cleaning & bathing)were all mixed together in the same closet, most of them were stained.

We had a great time! Good location in a neighborhood close to the Falls but not too close! Comfortable beds and living room area. 👍 didn’t have coffee pot but keurig machine worked well. Lovely front porch! Some squeaky doors and barking dogs otherwise great stay👍

Great trip

When I texted Rachel to ask about the blender that was listed in the amenities but not in the apartment, she came over almost immediately to bring me one! That was very impressive! The apartment was very accommodating, and close to places we wanted to go. We were very happy with it.

Wonderful, quiet neighborhood!

It was perfect for these three senior ladies and close to everything we wanted to visit. We had a great time and it felt like a home away from home. The host was helpful in suggestions even before we arrived. The state park was minutes away and so was the border to Canada which we crossed over each of the second, third and fourth days of our trip!
