”The trailer is rented by an owner and the park front desk refer all questions and issues to the owner. I did not understand or clue in that I was renting from an owner, so although it makes sense that the resort front desk is not responsible for the trailer, the quick deflection to the owner was not what I expected.”

”Overall, the place was clean and well kept. Having to bring our own towels was a bit of a pain, as was having to make the beds ourselves. The location was in the middle of a bunch of other cottages, very close together, so not much privacy. The biggest issue was the thermostat was locked. How can you expect guests to not be able to change the temperature of the room. It was freezing.”

”Ava was a great host, fast to respond to questions, flawless check in and well stockedamenities. The home is gorgeous! We loved sitting on the front porch having our coffee and cocktail hour. The location is the best ! Great restaurants, shops and beautiful waterfront parks all with in walking distance. We rented bikes from Tour de Vine for a day, spent the day riding on picturesque roads and visiting several beautiful wineries. This was by far one of our best girls trips ever! Thank you...

”We stayed a few days after a big storm so some facilities like the big pool were flooded. The unit we stayed in was mostly clean but sparse (i.e. 2 towels for 4 people) and there were insufficient bed linens. I was informed guests often bring their own linens; however, I shouldn't have to fly across the country with bedding for 4 people, that just doesn't make sense. During the stay someone alerted the owner (offsite) that we were 4 adults instead of 2 adults and 2 kids (14,16) so we were...
