”We stayed at this chalet in Ellicottville, NY for my husband’s 30th birthday with a group of 20, and it exceeded every expectation. The home is absolutely stunning and truly immaculate—everything was sparkling clean from top to bottom.It’s stocked with literally anything you could possibly need, from bug spray and extra toothbrushes to garlic powder. ”We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home.”

”We had a great time at this house we had almost 20 people and it was plenty of space to hang out and everyone was able to sleep in a comfortable space. The downstairs games and the hot tub were great ammenities! One thing to note, the listing says the bunk beds are twin beds but they are actually double, so you could reasonably sleep 2 couples in each bunk!”

”Our family spent a couple days on your beautiful property. It was perfect for our group of 20 – plenty of sleeping space for all. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely clean and had everything we needed. The property itself was spacious. We enjoyed s’mores by the fire, dancing in the gazebo, as well as yard games! ”What a truly amazing view from the second you pull into the driveway. We went down to the water before we even went into the house. We all loved the walk along the lake on the rocks…especially our dog. The house was very welcoming, clean and extremely well stocked. From a variety of coffee brewing options and complimentary K-cups, to fun mugs, an abundance of towels ( both bath and beach), and dog bowls for our four legged family members…Lauren had thought of EVERYTHING.
