”This was a budget stay on our road trip. We thought its location on 3rd was perfect for us. We have a toddler so about 1m walk to Niagara Falls but amongst the few shops and eateries we found. Basic but comfortable. Room had fridge and coffee maker and microwave and two beds with shower over bath so it worked for us and the little one. We would definitely stay again. Thank you ”

”I appreciated friendly staff , outside is in need of cleaning and parking lot has lots of pot holes, people were hanging around smoking out by the cars. I am not super paranoid so I hoped that no one would vandalize, luckily they didn't. Loud talking in the mornings in hall ways. No breakfast, boo. My room was very clean and my bed comfortable. ”

”50s Style hotel, parking lot terrible. no heat on a 40 degree night (Probably could of got it turned on if I would have asked), and remote not working for tv. Considering other hotels were asking $500 for an event in the area this was a great deal at just over $200 for the night.”

”Service was good. Room was clean. Rooms are small and looks like they were renovated by an amateur. As expected for the price and age of the facility. Would stay again.”

”It was my first time staying at a motel since everything else was sold out due to the eclipse. The staff and service was excellent. We had an issue with the key and then the microwave, and both were fixed quickly and efficiently. We had a good experience. I would recommend this motel. ”

”Nice clean little cabins in a great location. The check-in process takes getting used to as there is nobody on-site. The auto lock system needs adjustment as the door and frame do not line up well.”

”The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. Their dog, Willy was an extra, added friend to us, and made our trip even more special. - Pete”

”I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.”
