”Ended up here at the Hampton due to hotels in another nearby town being booked up for a graduation and it was such a pleasant surprise! The staff was amazingly friendly, the rooms were amazingly clean, and we had a great quiet stay! Would definitely return if in the area I highly recommend this location. We love and always patronize pet friendly locations. Thanks for welcoming our fur balls and giving us a great stay.”

”The pictures on the Google Business page showed an outside pool that was clean and operational. This was not the case when we arrived. The pool was completely empty and could not be used. The room smelled of body odor and cigarettes and the shower head was not operational until it was fixed. We had to check out early due to these conditions.”

”We didn’t stay there after we saw the condition of one room and the only other one was upstairs. No elevator and they didn’t offer to carry the bags for us. Pool was out of order also! Would never call to stay there again.”

”This place was a pleasant surprise. Room was very clean and updated. Comfortable beds and bedding. It was inexpensive and indescript, but the room was really nice! 30 minutes from the Ozark Amphitheater and minutes from route 66 attractions. Thanks for a nice stay!”

”The rooms were very nice and clean. Large fridge and microwave in the rooms with coffee available in the lobby all hours. The breakfast was grab and go . The only negative was that the beds were not very comfortable . We actually left a day early due to the beds. They were nicely made with clean linens...they were just very firm beds. The rooms had very nice showers and the water pressure and hot water were exceptional. The staff were all very nice and checking in was super fast ! 5 stars...

”Wrong room, booked two queen and received a king. Third person had to sleep in rollaway bed. Carpets in hallway were filthy and musty smell in hallways”

”Terrible pot smell, toilet wouldn’t flush, tv didn’t work, and our floor was wet from AC leak. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was pitiful with a broken net to clean it with. Disgusting. We left and are trying to get our money back.”

”I had a very positive stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff provided exceptional service, they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their attention to detail and welcoming attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean, but our lake view balcony had only one folding chair to sit on, and the glass door needed to be replaced as it was cloudy. The bathroom door knob was barely hanging on, and although we booked for four, there were only enough towels for three. There was no breakfast, cafe, or bar of any sort.
