## Neighborhood

In the heart of the residential district of Vespins, the apartment is located just 300m from the beach, the tourist office and the marina and its shops.
Between the Cros de Cagnes promenade and the Flots Bleus promenade and very close to the Cap 3000 shopping center with its 300 shops and restaurants with a sea view, the location of the apartment is ideal.

## Transit

A bus stop 3min from the apartment served by major bus lines allows you to easily go to Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, Nice, Monaco, Menton among others. Saint-Laurent-du-Var train station is less than 2km away. Nice airport a few minutes by car.
A tennis court is next to the apartment, possible court rental by the hour.
