The apartment is located in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Nice, just 200 metres from the sea and in close proximity to Place Masséna, Cours Saleya and the "Opéra – Vieille Ville" tram stop. Whether you're looking for relaxation on the beach, historical walks or gastronomic discoveries, everything is accessible within a few minutes on foot.

The lounge, bright and comfortable, is equipped with a relaxation area with sofa and television, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the city. Air conditioning guarantees you optimal comfort even in summer, and a Wi-Fi connection is also at your disposal.



KITCHEN

The independent, modern and well-designed kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare your meals as at home: induction hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, as well as all the necessary crockery and utensils. A coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle complete this functional space.



BEDROOMS

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, storage space, a television and carefully arranged furnishings, as well as its own en-suite shower room. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms to guarantee peaceful sleep, even during the height of summer.



BATHROOM



The bathroom is functional and equipped with a shower, a vanity unit with storage, a hairdryer and a washing machine for added convenience. The 2 toilets are separate for greater comfort.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice on arrival



I have chosen to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide choice of transport is available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram – The best value: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serving the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pine district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you off directly at your apartment. There is a fixed official rate that must be applied + the baggage charge. Make sure you enquire and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse you. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The airport shuttle (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram – The best value: To get to line no. 1, exit on the left of the station and head down towards Avenue Thiers until Avenue Jean Médecin (it is indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket is inexpensive. Line 1 serves the city centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you off directly at your apartment. There is no fixed rate. The driver must compulsorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed on arrival + the baggage rate. Make sure to enquire and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse you. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Don't forget to have the complete address ready to give to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• By the hour

• By the day (24 hours)

• By the week

• By the month



It may prove more interesting to pay for a week rather than by the day for stays of more than 4 days, and so on. Be sure to check the tariff grid at the car park entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
