In a bourgeois building facing the sea, this beautiful, fully renovated, 65 m², dual-aspect, 2-bedroom apartment features all mod cons. It features air conditioning, double glazing, high ceilings, a living/dining room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, and two televisions.

It is important to leave the apartment clean at the end of your stay. If you are unable to do so, a cleaning service will be arranged at your expense (€90).

Check-in is 3:00 PM/8:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.

Arrivals after 8:00 PM will be charged €50. Check-out is 10:00 AM. For late arrivals or departures, please contact us by email or text message.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Ma famille de 4 personnes a passé un séjour fantastique. Mme Catherine et son mari ont été des hôtes formidables. L'emplacement était idéal, la vue magnifique et l'appartement très propre, avec tout le confort souhaité. Si nous revenons à Nice prochainement, nous y séjournerons à nouveau sans hésiter. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit ! Aussi proche du tram, d’un petit marché, une boulangerie et une pharmacie.

Great European Apartment

It was extremely clean, and was a great size for our family of 3. The access to the beach (across the street), and the Tram was very convenient. The suite had everything we needed, and was well priced for what we received. 10/10, would visit again.

Lovely apartment and lovely view

Hosts are very helpful and the apartment has a good atmosphere. We loved the balcony for breakfast in the morning. The apartment was well equiped. We appreciated the location close to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. We would like to come back.

Beautiful apartment in convenient location

We enjoyed our time in Nice and the great location of the apartment to Promenade des Anglais. Easy to catch an Uber, rent a Lime Bike and ride to Old Town on the Promenade and close to both Gare Du Nice-Ville and the airport. The hosts were wonderful and very attentive. Safe, clean and well appointed.

The host seemed irritated with us on every contact especially when we tried to ask normal questions. She gave us no information about checkout until after we had left which was early due to departure schedules. The apartment is quite far from center of town. Furniture was covered with blankets which was strange. I think pictures were somewhat misleading.

Charming Hosts and Exquisite View

This was the second time we stayed in The Lorenc’s property, the other having been February of 2020 when we had come for Mardi Gras. It did not disappoint on either occasion.The apartment is exactly as described, spotless, well-equipped and a minute’s walk across Promenade des Anglais to the water. Unlike many vintage French buildings, this one has a tiny lift which makes ferrying luggage so much easier. The tram just behind the building makes access to downtown and Old Town easy. The hosts are delightful, communicative and responsive. I highly recommend this property and the beautiful city of Nice.

Nous avons passé un agreable sejour dans cet appartement de 65m2 avec deux belles chambres. Vue mer, au pied des transports tram et bus, 3 min a pied de la mer pour se baigner. Idealement situé. Un peu leger en equipement pour la cuisine et linge de bain (qui a du mal à secher, donc serviettes humides tout le sejour, un double aurait ete apprecié). Nous recommandons la destination et le logement tres agreable.

No Comparison Anywhere I’ve been in Europe

More often than not, a VRBO is a place that is owned in order to rent - right? And along with that purpose - comes too often - a l’aise faire about the over all condition, up keep and available amenities of the accommodation. Catherine and her husband are at a whole other level. They are renting what they clearly consider their home - a place they’d live in with pride and comfort and surrounded by a cleanliness equal to none!!!! Coupled with an esthetic that is thoughtful, homey and pleasing - my husband and I felt honored to spend time there. I’ll not go into the amenities - you can read about those - but i will tell you that Catherine and her husband met us upon our arrival with enthusiasm and genuine gratitude for our choosing their home in which to stay. Her husband also offered to drop us off at the Gar de Nice Ville at the end of our stay. We ran into them out in the community a couple of times during our stay and they greeted us like old friends. I really love leaving this review - and can only hope that they’ll have room for us the next time we visit their beautiful city. Thank you Catherine and husband (I’m so sorry I’m not thinking of your name …. ) - we adored our stay with you and will be back very soon again, if you’ll have us. XO

Very pleasant, location was excellent and description of the property was accurate. We were grandparents taking a high school graduate on a trip. The bedrooms accommodated us with the only negative the quality of the towels. Could have used two bath towels per guest. The owners greeted us when we arrived and saw us off as well.

Very clean and comfortable apartment across the street from a beautiful coastal walking/riding path. Good communication with Catherine and Antoine. Antoine even lent us his American coffee maker. A little over a 2 mile walk to Old Nice but only 2 minutes from the tram that will take you to the center of town for 1.70 euros.

A very nice stay

A lovely property in Nice -is a bit far from the main areas, but we just got the tram everywhere as the station was behind the building. It is right across from the beach, which isn’t too busy as it out of the main area. We had a great time and Catherine and her son were very helpful.
