Yelo was the perfect home base for our stay in Nice. Though the room was tight, they made good use of the space, and everything felt high quality and well thought out. A special shout out to Omar at reception! He gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants, and also helped us sort out a booking mistake I had made, which made our stay 10 times better and more comfortable.

Perfect fit for travelers ! Affordable and comfortable. The hotel is right on the Main Street which takes you straight to shopping street, then to the beach. Safe and reliable, I recommended this place if you are first timer in Nice and not sure about which area to stay at. Near to the basilica and also good coffee !

Perfect location just a short walk from the old town, and right next to the tram stop! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel was well presented and quiet (on the 5th floor). Lounge space on first floor with access to refreshments. Luggage storage available. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Modern new designed rooms, great walk in shower with good pressure very quiet at night and black out blinds. I loved the free drinks especially the hot chocolate in the lounge. Staff were great. I did not like the chrome cast on the TV I could not get it to work on my Netflix plan or Apple TV. The bed was comfortable but had a built in frame round it that was about 10 inches and getting in and out was awkward. I got lots of bad bruises on the back of my knees and legs from this. I am 55 but agile so it was not great for anyone with leg hip feet or knee problems. They also don’t recycle waste. It was a good stay overall. Would ask for a different room on bed style.

We loved our room. The area was well connected and we could walk everywhere. Sometimes the people around the hotel were a bit strange but no reason to be scared.

It's convenient as a base for sight seeing and convenient for shops. Very close to the Railway station for travelling around the Cote d'Azure. Room was adequate but the hotel has very little facilities. Breakfast looked poor so I went to a rest called Paul's in avenue Jean Medecin for an excellent continental petit dejeuner. The staff at the reception desk were very pleasant.

Very disappointed by hotel… room was so uncomfortable. No air conditioning…. Only a heater option, with heater off the room was still too hot. Couldn’t even be remedied by opening window as street as too loud. I advised staff and they offered no help or solutions. Also, one of the most uncomfortable beds, my husband and I both have sore backs now. 7 of the worst sleeps of my life.

Perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt, viele Geschäfte, Cafés und direkt die Tram vor der Tür. Somit gut für einen Städtetrip. Im Hotel selbst gibt es zu jeder Zeit Kaffe, Kakao, Tee und Wasser zur kostenfreien Verfügung. Nur zu empfehlen. :-)

This a good quality hotel and "green"! Rooms are nice, clean, warm, relaxing and modern. Beds are comfortable, lighting is well done, double glass on recent windows for quiet rooms, outlets for your different devices. A tiny fridge, safe, coffee maker, electric kettle. Breakfast, on the first floor, is healthy and has so many options (including organic and local products). The breakfast room is welcoming, roomy, relaxing, well designed. Bathrooms are small but have everything needed, good water pressure, hot water is fast to arrive (not the case in every hotel), powerful hair dryers (they are usually useless in many hotels). There is an elevator. I visited different rooms and they were all nice. After they showed me three rooms, I opted for one on the last floor with views of the city. I could hear the tramway bell but that didn't bother me. If you want a very quiet room, just ask for one on the side street (quiet), or at the back (no view for these). Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's located on a busy, main commercial street with all the stores you may want, with large sidewalks and public transportation. And you are 5 walking minutes from the Nice train station (which is great when you have to take the train back to Paris at 6am) and 15 walking minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and the seaside. Also minutes away from the pedestrian streets with all the restaurants and cafés. Note, they are still remodeling a few rooms, make sure yours is remodeled.

The room was so clean and well-organized, and all the staff were kind. The hotel location is really good so i went to Canne, Monaco by train easily. Above all, reasonable price is a great advantage here.

This is one of the worst hotel i stayed. They designed everything to be enviromental friendly, however they use all plastics for coffee pods and their breakfast is all cheap unhealthy stuff. You can not get room cleaning unless you reserve it before 24 hours. There is noise outside the street and they use harsh chemicals for cleaning. I do not think they truely understand what enviromentally friendly is. They use these concepts to profit more. I would not suggest any one.

Dear Gokcen,Thanks for your feedback.We are sorry to read that your stay did not reach your expectations.However, let me clarify some of the points mentioned.Our breakfast comes from organic farming.It comes from local Italian and French caterers, all of which are eco-labelled and therefore do not require long transport.Our household cleaning products are also eco-labelled, the scent of the latter may then prove less pleasant than those used by other establishments.We use very little plastic. This is particularly the case for bottles that are made of glass, cups, dental kits and other amenities offered that are biodegradable.Indeed, we offer a free cleaning service only upon request at reception 24 hours in advance. And we invite customers to tell us if it is necessary to change the sheets to avoid high water consumption to optimize an eco-responsible approach.We still appreciate your feedback and hope that you can reconsider giving Sonder another chance in the near future.All the very best,

Perfect Location and Convenience for Solo Travels
This was the perfect stay, as a solo female traveler. I was able to work remotely and navigate the city very easily and conveniently from this spot. The staff was always very kind, helpful and welcoming. The co-working space / common areas were beautiful and always clean. Please note that you will need to request room cleaning with the front desk 24 hours in advance, but this was never a problem. Towels and toilet paper are available for you to grab as much and when you need. The location is extremely convenient as it's right next to the main railway for the south of France (across from a convenience store) as well as a stop for the local city tram. I was able to visit other towns (like Monaco and Éze) easily for the day or even just the afternoon. This location is also a 15min walk to the water and can easily take you to popular destinations in the city.
