”Nasty. We left with no refund. We had to change rooms because the curtains didn't close, then the TV didn't work and the smell of smoke was horrible. I "paid for an upgrade" to get a "better room" but it was all just as bad. The pictures lie on this one.”

”We were given an adjoining room, without being told or agreed to, and we could hear everything in the adjoining as if we were with the people in that room. We could even clearly hear what they were watching on TV. This is not acceptable at anytime but when it is still going on at midnight it becomes intolerable.”
