”We stay at this property cuouple times every 9 months... Sadly this trip was somewhat of a let-down for us even after property upgrades of resent times... Simple repairable-fixable things were not maintained since last stay, same room..
Alarm clock didn't work, the standing room lamp didn't work, bathroom electrical oulet 1/2 plug didn't work, no hair dryer this time, a few bathroom tiles not attached nor glued, tub stopper missing, & bedsite light & charger ports were dead & lastly... TV had...

”My wife called this home her favorite place we have stayed in a VRBO house! It really was a lovely home in a picturesque setting among the horses and duck pond! It was well appointed and was close enough to Lexington to be able to not feel like it was a real drive to get to town, yet far enough away to be peaceful and without the hustle and bustle of town. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this for a race weekend or as a place for a family going to a game…. Super fun!”

”This house is amazing! Very cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. We loved the area. The location worked well for the Lexington sites we wanted to see. Decorated for Christmas which we very much appreciated as our visit was early December. Also, Dawn is the perfect host. Very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this house and will stay here again when in the Lexington area. ”

”Property was very clean and rooms were equipped with all the basic amenities (fridge, microwave, iron, etc.). Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. Would definitely book again.”

”The room was clean and adequate Just very old. You could not get to the sink in the bathroom unless you went all the way in and shut the door. Very small kind of like staying in an old dorm.
The area is literally in the middle of nowhere and very dark without good lighting at nite. No porch light to find your way at the front of the building either.
I know I sound critical which I don’t like to be. They are great people and the area is beautiful. However, I would most likely not stay...
