"Customer service of every employee was amazing. They were very courteous, quick to assist and friendly. Food from the Baya Hotel Restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed every entree we ordered. One things is that the room had some issues such as some of the walls had cracks, sliding doors on the balcony ..."

"I highly recommend this resort, they have the best breakfast buffet . The staffs are very nice and polite. Very convenient location close to the town and excursions area. They tool care of us from airport pick up to the hotel and back to airport.I will definitely come back and book this hotel."
