”Liked: friendly and helpful staff, suite has good amenities and room for 5 people. Disliked: walls are not insulated, one can hear the neighbours in every direction as if they’re sharing the room with you. The pipes need maintenance as we kept getting woken up by the plumbing noises at night. The bathroom could be better equipped with shower products. The bed was old, noisy, and the mattress not supportive. Still, it was a convenient and decently priced stay.”

”Went for an overnight stay with kids. We had a suite which was large enough for the 4 of us. Views were beautiful and the restaurant across the street was great with good service. Cute little town with lots of beaches. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant.”

”Loved the staff Kendra and Danielle with great recommendations about local attractions. Great breakfast in the morning and so fun going to the S’mores and movie night in the Courtyard. Location of property is great to travel around Sonoma Coast.”

”The a/c didn’t work, the floor was dirty, the pool was dirty but was cleaned after however it got dirty again so we couldn’t enjoy it. Weird stains on the curtains and walls. Lots of homeless staying at the hotel or in the parking lot, was very noisy at night. The bathroom door wouldn’t open fully, the toilet was in the way and you had to push very hard to get the door to push past it. The TV kept flickering so we couldn’t enjoy anything. Horrible stay.”

”I still can’t believe the experience I had at check-in. The gentleman at the front desk instructed us to look through the window first before entering the room to ensure no one was already inside. Who does that? He then proceeded to charge for everything, including coffee from the reception, claiming it would be free again next month. However, he failed to charge the complete deposit to the man in front of us. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I’d rather stay somewhere else next time...

”The room was clean and comfortable, however I was placed in a room that had a lot of loud noise (maybe washers?) going all night. It was constant noise. In addition to that, the TV never turned completely off. When I turned it off it maintained a backlight in it and never went dark. Between the noise and the lit up TV, I did not sleep at all. I chose Fairfield because it was highly recommended to me, so I was very disappointed.”

”What a great place to stay! The staff was amazing and maintained our room daily ( clean towels and bed sheets). Bed was very comfortable, slept great . Parking on site and pet friendly. Checking in and checking out was quick and easy. Is walking distance to downtown Petaluma. Will definitely stay here again; highly recommend!!! Thank you for a great stay!!”
