”Absolutely loved the property! It was so key to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so our son and daughter didn't have to share. It was amazing having our own private pool which all of us enjoyed every day. We sat on the patio at night and listened to the waves and even grilled out one night. We had a fabulous view of the ocean and even saw monkeys below us in the trees. Thankfully we were told before we came that we should probably rent a car because there really isn't anything walkable...

”The owner and his property manager were super helpful and very accessible. They got us a ride back and forth to airport and helped reserve a golf cart. Condo was in a great location, quiet neighborhood but close enough to downtown and amazing restaurants. Sunsets were amazing right from property and we spent hours in the pool. ”We absolutely loved the condo. The moment we walked in my college-aged daughter said she loved the way it was decorated. Everything is clearly recently renovated. It was large with 3 bedrooms and the balcony has a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. The location was walking distance to all and across the street from the beach, yet quiet at night. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, Henckels knives, coffee maker… and the refrigerator having the water filter was a bonus as well....

”This penthouse is a great spot. It's location is just perfect, right outside the crowd of the town and yet still very close to everything we needed. ”My wife and I had an amazing time at Coco Bay Estates. The condo included use of the club and pool which was great for a relaxing afternoon. The condo itself was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. It was a very short drive to the main area of town where there’s a nice variety of restaurants. Check in process was very easy and the management team was very responsive to questions via WhatsApp. We would definitely stay here again.”
