”Fine apartment, centrally located, comfortable enough bed. Had very minimal furnishings (one small lamp next to the bed, with blue light - awful for sleeping; one fan). The check in instructions/photos did not give the right instructions on how to find the lockbox, and I had a long back and forth with the host trying to find it. Because of the lockbox, I just did not feel safe in the space - like anyone else could also have the code and come into the flat.”

”The property is very, very nice with 2 notable exceptions. The process of check in is difficult. Do not go unless you have watched and taken note on the videos they send you. Also, you won't get the code for the key lock box until after 3 pm on the day of arrival and it's in the video. My phone would not play the video - I should have watched it earlier I admit, so I had a heck of a time getting the information. Finally the host used WhatsApp to communicate the code, the identity of the mailbox...

”I liked the video information very much. I suggest you add a video detailing how exactly to use the clothes washing machine. Such a video was not provided and I could not find the exact model on You Tube for adequate help. Specifically, how to turn off the timer/delay button on R-side panel. When we arrived at the apartment, that time was blinking at 3:00. I suggest making the video similar to how you made directions for using the dish washer in kitchen.”

”Genoten in het gedeelde appartement- gastheer Guy kookt voortreffelijk - skills als gepensioneerde Michelin ster chef zijn bewonderingswaardig en het ontbijt is super verzorgd - vanuit het appartement ideaal om dagtripjes te ondernemen naar Luxemburg Stad, Moesel en de vele burchten die in Luxemburg zijn. Guy weet veel over de omgeving en kan hier goed innadvisere .”

”The apartment is in a great location on the edge of the pedestrianized old town (Haut Ville), but faces towards a convenient transit hub for buses and trams. Despite all of that bustle, the apartment is very quiet when the balcony doors are closed. It was clean, spacious, modern, and all on one floor. We were given good information for accessing the apartment (self check-in) and how things operated. We would recommend this apartment.”

”This was a VRBO. Room was fine. Communication was good. Three complaints. 1. Parking, don’t go there if you have vehicle. It’s very difficult. There was a parking garage I found just .2 miles from spot. The host could not give any address where to park . Just sent me apps. To find on my own. City had many roads closed to construction. ”The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....
