Close to Airport
This hotel was really nice. We had an early flight and the hotel was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the terminal. There are sidewalks the whole way and you can see the terminal from the hotel. The staff was really nice and professional. Everyone spoke multiple languages, which was helpful. The restaurant was good and served dinner until 10pm. The room was nice and had an American size shower and air conditioning, which is not always the case in European hotels. The room was pretty quiet even though it was close to the airport. They provided ear plugs as well, in case you are a light sleeper. The bed was firm and the room was clean. I would stay here again if I was flying out of the Luxembourg airport.

Excellent airport hotel
Located 7 minutes by foot from the airport. Fast check in and check out. Welcoming concierge. The room was perfectly ready. Minibar at surcharge. One bottle of complementary water provided.

Very convenient on walking distance from tge airport. The standard room is quite big and proper. It was quiet no noises from teh hallway. Friendly staff and security Will book again.

Excellent Hotel
Due to early flight, we needed a nice hotel near the airport. They were only 4 minutes away and very convenient. The hotel staff is best polite. The hotel is very clean. Our rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed at NH coming and going.

Need serious consideration before you book it
The picture we saw online and the actual room are night and day. The actual room size and bathroom does not match the online profile picture.

Ask for room NOT situated below the fitness room
Great location close to the highway but very slow check-in. Very pleasant service at the restaurant but our room was located exactly below the fitness room so you can imagine the noise when weights were dropped at the floor from 06.00 am

OK but expensive
Expensive hotel for the standard. Building site outside so additional noise (in addition to airplanes taking off and landing). Luckily they provide earplugs! Took a long time to check in due to system problems. Good location if you need to be close to the airport. Didn't try the hotel restaurant. Could not get the wifi to work. If you just want a bed for the night there are much cheaper options nearby.

This is the worst hotel you could possibly stay at. We saw BED BUGS on the bed. Once telling the staff, we were moved to another room which also had BED BUGS. The staff saw this and moved us to room number 3 which had the same issue. This whole situation landed us at midnight with nowhere to go. The staff was extremely disrespectful and gave us attitude the entire time. I will never stay at an NH property again after this experience.

I can completely understand your disappointment about the check in procedure and please be sure, that I will personally take care of the training and improvement of the team. About the bucks, I am happy and its proved, that these are NO bed bugs. As we are in a former forest area, there are luckily some insects in the surrounding and especially during the past weeks with all the rain, they tried to find a dry space inside the building. Therefore some of them use the opportunity to go inside our property by open windows. My housekeeping team is already aware of it and take care, but unfortunately it can happen, that we couldnt we couldnt find them all.I am really sorry for this situation and I hope you will apologize it and my message clarifies the situation for you.Also I want to thank you for your comment, which is helping us to improve our services.It would be a pleasure to welcome you again with us in Luxembourg and any other NH Hotel.Best RegardsChristoph SchumacherGeneral Manager

In process of renovation and difficult to find path from airport and temporary entrance. Excellent breakfast which lacked nothing. Spacious room and lovely bathroom with plentiful toiletries. However, the room decor is dull and soulless.

We needed to get to the airport at 4am and it is right next door (walking is easy) so it was the best option for us.
