Accommodation description:
This comfortable lodge has a rural location just 2 km from the centre where you will find several restaurants and a supermarket. It is a semi-detached house with a living/dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. After an active day in the mountains, you can relax in the relaxation room with sauna, shower and deck chairs. There is also a lovely wood-burning stove where you can enjoy a drink and watch the flames warm you up on cold days.

Just 20 minutes from the accommodation, you can take the Porsche Design gondola to the Schmitten ski area in winter. Both beginners and families with children get their money's worth on the quiet slopes near the Niedernsill lifts. Here, there is a beginner's lift with a length of about 300 m and a drag lift with a length of about 600 m. By car, you can also easily reach the ski areas of Zell am See-Kaprun and the Kitzbühel Alps.

The recreational lake in Niedernsill brings you lovely coolness on hot summer days. Between Piesendorf and Niedernsill, hikers can explore the newly constructed cultural landscape trail. From here you also have a wonderful view over the Salzach valley

Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted
