Since our home is a 200-year-old historic building that has been lovingly redecorated, all items are in good condition but require special care. Please treat the house as you would your own home. 😊

We have several neighbours nearby.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Excessive noise may result in complaints or police involvement, which we sincerely want to avoid.

⚠️ Safety Notice
For your safety, please do not cross the railway tracks at any time. ❗️❗️

🍳 Kitchen
You are welcome to use all kitchen appliances.
Please help us keep the kitchen clean and return everything to its original place after use.

🚿 Bathroom
Please open the window after showering to allow steam to escape. 🙏
Hot Water Notice:
If several guests shower one after another, hot water may run out. In such cases, it may take up to two hours for the hot water to fully recover.

♨️ Hot Tub / Whirlpool & 🔥 Sauna Rules
- Maximum capacity: 6 persons
- Use at your own risk
- Please shower before entering
- No glass, food, or drinks in or near the hot tub & inside the sauna room
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Do not use under the influence of alcohol
- Keep noise levels low, especially in the evening
- Always close the cover of the hot tub after use to maintain temperature and cleanliness
- After use, please switch off the sauna and leave the door slightly open for ventilation
- Do not place towels or clothing on the sauna heater

⚠️⚡ Important Electrical Safety Notice:
While using the hot tub/whirlpool and sauna, please do not use these appliances (Washing Machine, Oven, Iron, hairdryer) at the same time.

🧹 Check-Out Instructions
Before departure, please:
- Dispose of glass bottles & plastic bottles separately, in the green bins on the balcony (accessible via the laundry room door – same key)
- Dispose of general waste in the black bin in the parking area
- Turn off all lights
- Lock the door
- Return the key to the key box
