Welcome to Chalet Swiss Dream, a spacious and fully private luxury chalet overlooking Lake Brienz. Designed for groups and families up to 12, the home offers comfort, privacy, and exceptional views across multiple levels.

The open-plan living area features large windows, comfortable seating, and seamless flow into a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. Traditional Swiss fondue and raclette sets are included.

Choose between three terraces for coffee, dining, or sunset views. The outdoor hot tub overlooks the lake and mountains, creating a standout wellness space. The garden includes a bio-pond, hammock, and a shaded BBQ area.

Kitchen
You are very welcome to use all kitchen appliances freely. We only ask that you leave the kitchen clean and place items back where they belong.
Please dispose of food scraps in the small container on the sink. Thank you! 🙏

Barbecue
After using the BBQ, kindly ensure that the gas cylinder is fully closed.

Bathroom
After showering, please open the bathroom window for a few minutes to let the steam escape, and close it again afterward. 😊

Sauna
We hope you enjoy the sauna! Please switch it off once you’re done.

Laundry Room
The washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room.

Please remember to turn on the water tap before starting the wash, and turn it off afterward.

🚨 Quiet Hours (Important Notice)
Out of respect for our neighbors and local regulations, quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM.
Noise during this time may result in neighbor complaints.

Check-out
Kindly separate glass, plastic bottles, and cans, and place them in the green and yellow bins.
General waste can be disposed of in the black bin next to the parking lot.

Before leaving, please:
