    You are 6 km from La Rochelle, a city full of charm and full of history and 6 km from the island of Ré and its magnificent beaches.

    Highly touristic region with its islands (Ré, oléron, Aix), the Poitevin marshes, Fort Boyard, Rochefort, Châtelaillon-Plage, the Sables d'Olonne.

    Possibility to take the bus (yellow bus) 500 m from the rental which serves La Rochelle and its surroundings.

    Nearby you benefit from a large hyper U, a bakery, a butcher's shop (1 km) (possibility of cycle path), golf course at 2 km, beach of l'houmeau supervised in summer (pebble beach) at 3 km, swimming pool and tennis at 7 km, horse riding at 10 km.

    Everything is new with complete equipment, very functional integrated kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine)
    The living room/kitchen is about 32 m2, each bedroom about 12 m2.

    Possibility of having all the equipment for baby (travel cot and mattress, high chair, changing mat, booster toilet and small bathtub)

    You will appreciate the landscaped courtyard and the pleasure of the plancha .possibility to bring bicycles into the courtyard. The courtyard is secure (gate)

    There is a joint property to the proposed rental.

    Pets are not allowed and smoking inside the house is not allowed.
    Bed linen is included in the service.

    Cleaning is included in the rental price (flat rate 50 euros).
