The Space:
Optimist has a rustic and elegant interior. The apartment has an open kitchen, living and dining room that is the true centrepiece of the apartment. With a comfortable corner sofa (which converts to a sofa bed for 1 person) and a flat-screen TV, this is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. From the living room you have direct access to Optimist's first balcony where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and the harbour channel. Ideal during warm summer evenings; you can enjoy the sun and the fresh coastal air.

In the living room you will also find the dining table with six matching chairs. You can enjoy a nice meal here with your family or you can work, as it is also a laptop-friendly workspace.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and features a toaster, dishwasher, freezer, microwave and oven.

Optimist features 2 spacious bedrooms. The first features a spacious double bed with its own sink and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has quality bedding. Attached to both bedrooms you will find the 2nd balcony of Optimist. There you have a beautiful open view over the Prince Mauritspark!

The fully renovated spacious bathroom has a toilet, bathtub and double sink. Towels are provided during your stay.

Upon arrival at Optimist, you can use the accompanying parking lot.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
