”We had a wonderful time at Penn’s View! There were three of us in a room with two queen beds & it felt surprisingly spacious. It’d be nice to get a room with a view the next time we’re here, but there was a sweet view from a window near the elevator that we took advantage of every time we walked by. The staff was very helpful & the property nice & clean. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the bar was lovely - both the bartenders & our drinks made it very worthwhile! ”It’s a cute little historic hotel across the street from the American Revolution Museum. Very close to all the historic sites. The bed was extremely comfortable.. we slept the night thru! Shower was nice and warm and very nice. Room temp perfect! Breakfast was ok, but they did have waffles and whipped cream!”

”This was my first experience in a ROOST property and it was a great alternative to a classic hotel! The apartment was modern and chic but cozy. It felt like coming home to our own place after walking around the city. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The 3rd floor amenity floor was gorgeous - beautiful green terraces to hang out on, a spacious and clean outdoor rooftop pool, hang out spots that were empty every time we visited. ”Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful.”

”The property was very cute and felt safe. We had a lot of privacy and the room was stocked with anything we needed. Everything was in great condition and working order. We’ll definitely be staying again, much better than a typical hotel.”

”Vietimme hotellissa kaksi yötä. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli nopea ja saimme huoneen hyvissä ajoin ennen virallista sisäänkirjautumisaikaa. Huone oli siisti ja sänky todella mukava. Huonepalvelusta edellisiltana tilattu aamupala saapui ajallaan ja oli maittava. Hotellista on vaikea löytää mitään vikaa. Sääli ettei ympäristöstä voi sanoa samaa. Kadulla oli liikkeellä todella epämääräistä porukkaa emmekä halunneet lähteä hotellilta ulos enää pimeän tultua.”

”If you are planning on modern, then this is not the place for you. However I think it was worth the price I paid. Include their daily parking fee in with your reservation. There is literally no place to park. I think the cars in the free spots are glued in place because they have not moved since my arrival. Kestrel parking is a small space so beware if you drive a large vehicle. The only changes, that could improve the stay for me was nicer towels and a heavier blanket. I will reccomend...
