”Die Unterkunft ist in einem kleinen Dorf gelegen und liegt zwischen Larnaca und Limassol, sodass man mit dem Auto diese zügig ansteuern kann. Die Räumlichkeiten waren gepflegt und haben insgesamt überzeugt. In fußläufiger Nähe gibt es eine Taverne und ein MiniMarkt, sodass man grds nicht aus Tochni müsste, um das nötigste einzukaufen. ”Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. ”

”Schönes, modernes Appartement wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus allerdings ist alt und abgewohnt. Es wohnen dort halt einheimische Menschen aller Couleur, was ja auch einen gewissen Reiz hat. Die Umgebung ist nichts besonderes, die Hauptstraße hörbar. Die zentrumsnahe Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten von der touristischen Marina entfernt, ist ein großes Plus. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.”

”The house were quaint and traditional. The shower room was awful and there was a rusty nail sticking out the floor which was dangerous. If a little bit of consideration was taken to improve these facilities the accommodation would have been lovely. The shower had a hand shower that you could not stand under and water poured out onto the floor everytime you showered. ”The apartments are generally cool. However, there were 3 strange facts. The first after booking and paying for the apartment the owner contacts us and says that they are occupied and will exchange them for others there. We were scared. The second - the owner of the apartment offered us a lower price than we paid. We were scared again. Third, we didn’t find how to contact the homeway service itself to resolve questions and clarify information.”

”No bedding for the sofa bed..it advertises a sofa bed. My grandson was not going to share a bed with me so i had to leave the heating on to keep warm. 1 towel each for 4 days. Not acceptable. No iron although an ironing board was there. Cupbard handles and all switches filthy. Took photos but it eont let me add them. Also no hot water xmas day for some reason.”

”I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again ”

”It’s a two bedroom flat a short walking distance from the beach. My stay would have been pleasant if a lot of construction work didn’t happen in the building as of May 2024. Because of that noise I only stayed one night. You can also hear traffic in the street and occasionally sounds from a massage place in the building. ”Do NOT stay at any “comfort rooms”; the inconvenience is not worth it. You do NOT get an “entire apartment” to yourself. Each apartment has multiple rental rooms, shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. ”Sold as 'entire apartment', but it is anything BUT! You have a tiny room entirely taken up by the bed, and EVERYTHING ELSE IS SHARED! And not guests, but long term residents who were cooking fish when I arrived (I smelt it the moment the lift door open - which also stank of very recently burned cigarette smoke!), along with doing mounds of laundry (strewn all over the 'kitchen' floor!). The balcony was full of ashtrays full of cigarettes, but I was just generally shocked by the whole thing........
