To dear Guest we will sending you a video to more detailed instruction before your check in time.

To our beloved guest this important Things to take note during stay:
1) Our check in time 3pm onward and check out time is before 12pm. For Early check in and late check out need extra payment Rm50.
2) For complimentary carpark a car need to be parked at the allocated car park. Rm50 fine will be imposed by the Building Management for parking at wrong parking lot (Sorry! As this due to strict building Management).
3) Strictly no smoking allowed in the apartment, penalty RM100 will be conducted if got caught.
4) Strictly no pet allowed. Penalty RM100 will be conducted if got caught.
5) Strictly no drugs allowed. Violators shall be handed to police and legal court case.
6) Parking Access card and ESU card is Ezhome’s property , lost of any card is charged RM100per card.
7) All damages and lost to furniture or fittings during the stay are fully responsible by guest.
8) Always wearing a mask and scan My Sejahtera that Building Management Provided at the door.
9) Any symptoms fever, cough and tiredness please contact us and seek for medical assistance.
10) No parties / loud music after 10pm
11) We kindly remind you please bring out together the ESU card before leave the house. RM50 penalty will be imposed if the ESU card is not brought out the house and requires assistance to open the door.
12) During the stay do not light up the candles that we provided in the unit. RM100 will be conducted if got caught.(candle that our provide is for decoration purpose)
13) Please be informed our operation hour from 10am-7pm.
