  • This beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool is located in Zaton, just a few kilometers from the attractive old town of the Dalmatian city of Zadar.

    The holiday home offers 120 m² of space for up to eight people. The vacation home has three bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. This home is ideal for a large group of friends or families traveling together.

    You have a living/dining room with kitchen and sofa bed for two people, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The holiday home is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet, washing machine and dishwasher. It has a terrace where you can enjoy the picturesque view with a cup of coffee.

    There is a private swimming pool for a cool dip and plenty of space for children to play and a family to relax. Parking for your car is on the property.

    The sea beach, 1 km away, is the perfect place to have fun and have fun.

    In the city center you can buy gifts for your loved ones. The restaurants and grocery store are close to each other from where you can enjoy food and buy essentials.

    This house is the best place for a stress free and comfortable vacation.

Special place!

This is the best air BnB we have ever stayed at. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. welcoming us and saying goodbye, even offering to post a few items we had forgotten to take home. The villa it's self was exceptionally clean and modern it had everything we needed. The pool was great, a little cool but always clean. At night it gets even better with it all being lit up. The location is about 5 mins from Nin and 20 mins from Zadar, so a great base to explore the local area. We will definitely try to stay again when we can get back out to Croatia. Travelled as a family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers.

Brilliant service!

The hosts are very nice, friendly people. They were very very flexible and helpful with us. The house is clean, beaufiful, comfortable and well-equipped. There is a nice restaurant restaurant in a few minutes walk, where we eat delicious seafood. It is perfect for a nice family vacation.
