The villa features two comfortable bedrooms with two bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. Fully air-conditioned throughout, it offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals with family and friends. From the living area, the villa opens onto a beautiful spacious heated swimming pool, perfect for refreshing daytime swims and relaxing evenings. Beside the pool, there is a terrace with an outdoor dining table and a fireplace, ideal for memorable dinners under the open sky.



From mid-August, guests can enjoy ripe domestic grapes directly from the garden while admiring beautiful sunsets from the balcony of the villa.
