”Our stay was so great, rooms in the villa were clean, the staff were the friendliest people and helpful at every interaction. We weren't sure we'd booked a non-pet friendly room though, so always good to check with the Reflections team if you can swap to a pet-friendly stay. They were accommodating and understanding. The views in our cabin were beautiful, the location a short walk from the lake and beaches. Felt very secure and safe with the well managed system at Reflections Tuncurry.”

”Enjoyable stay. Lovely room with expansive view of the river. Limited options for an early breakfast. I suggest self catering. Only downside is the policy that people can smoke on their balconies. We suffered from second hand smoke from a nearby balcony. ”
