”Just a bread and butter room, small and basic. But it was clean and comfortable and served its purpose. We were satisfied. Once it gets late, there’s nowhere to get ice nearby. ”Bare bones room. Fairly clean. Good TV and wi-fi, but not much else. Thin walls, so could hear trucks going by outside. Man at check-in was kind of creepy.”

”The room was fantastic! Staff were so kind and welcoming even to our dog! The restaurant was delicious and the casino treated us well! We will be back.”

”We were woken up at 2:30 a.m. to a loud crash. I was in one bed my sister was in the other one, we got up to see whay happened and the entire solid wood head board had fallen off of the wall directly over top of her head. We had to call the front desk, a worker came to remove it and I had to assist him to get it off of the bed. He left a note for management they avoided me never called me about the incident. I would have thought a refund at the MINIMUM was in order. DANGEROUS, TERRIBLE HOTEL!!!”

”For the price, I felt this hotel was very cheap in every way. Breakfast quality was subpar and the same for cleanliness of the room and hotel. For older people, there is no elevator. I had better experience at smaller motels but then the price was half the cost this hotel changed.”

”Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this place sucks, to put it plainly. It’s loud, the rooms are outdated, our toilet doesn’t flush properly, the bed is like a 4/10. The sheets and pillows are like a dust crusty ones, you’d find in your Grandma’s linen closet. The rooms are air conditioned but the rest of the building is not. One thing that was disappointing was that the “hot tub” was actually a shared community hot tub that was almost always occupied by other guests. The listing didn’t make it clear that it wasn’t private. We also ended up in a “cottage” that was actually on the second floor of a house, requiring stairs. ”This was a clean, well maintained place to stay. It had the feel of the country in the middle of the city. The staff was extremely helpful. When they saw me struggling up the stairs with my suitcase the owner stopped to help me. In the morning as I was struggling down the stairs the housekeeper offered to help me! Comfortable and had everything you needed. I would definitely stay again.”

”Ok for a quick stay during a road trip. The town was a bit quiet, and the hotel was not very well-maintained. The drainage was clogged, and although they had a plumber fix it, we had to wait almost 30 minutes, which affected our sleeping time. I wish they had checked everything before check-in so no one’s time would be wasted on technical issues that could have been avoided.”

”Hotel and room looked clean. The staff member that checked me in was a little pushy. He informed me that they had no one at the desk between 9pm-5am. I could get a hold of them through the phone if there was an emergency but it better be a real emergency because he was going to be pissed if it wasn't. The breakfast wasn't good. I don't feel like it was worth the $380 for the two nights.”
