”We enjoyed our stay so much. Lodge where so easy to be and we felt our self very safe also. Everywhere where very clean and a hole place where decorated very cosy. Staff where so friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast where very excelent and dinner also. Remember to have vines, they where so good. We had lucky to see 9 elephant in a backyard and 2 hippos. Also location where perfekt about 20 km from Paul Kruger gate. Best regards Minna and Heikki from Finland”

”We liked the hosts Colin and Carolien so much. They could not do enough for us. We asked for a bigger room and we got the biggest room I have ever had in a lodge! They even drove us to get food and were such great company. The lodge was brilliant - very African. Zebras came right up to us! the wildlife in Marloth Park is very tame. The lodges are African style so quite dark as designed to be cool. Colin and Carolien had a generator which worked when the power was out which was often. ”

”When we arrived we had food in the sister lodge next door 2 mins walk away but it was stunning. Braai buffet style. Then had dinner and breakfast as Muluwa on our last night as it was reopened with new management. Absolutely perfect. Cannot fault it. We paid for a couple of the excursions. The sunset picnic was lovely. Whole day game drive was SO worth it with our lovely guide Liza. And massages were so good. This place really felt like a relaxing perfect start to our trip in SA. New manager was...

”Buckler's Lodge is located right along the Crocodile River. We saw large herds of elephants each day we were there. We received excellent service from the staff and enjoyed clean and roomy accomodations.”

”The hotel and its surroundings were extremely fantastic! Minor not-so-nice-things were that when we had a dinner at the restaurant, they didn't tell us the price, and as vegetarians we ordered only starters from the three course menu. When checking out we were told that the full three course menu should be paid even we did not eat the whole menu. So 400 rands for a green salad and a tiny fish steak.. Also after we checked out we decided to stay in front of the hotel for wifi to check out...
