”Very nice staff.”

”We arrived and our room had a plumbing problem but they offered us 2 rooms. With young daughters i dis not love being seperated from them but my girls loved the space for the night and it felt save. Safety being my main concern as a foreign traveller. The rooms were a little older and the air conditioning did not work in one room. Breakfast was lovely and so was the owner and staff. Wifi was solid which is not always the case in SA so we appreciated that. A really good choice for a night or 2”

”The location is in a junction and with big construction site next to it. Ask for a room in the higher floors. Ours was on the 1st floor and the smell from the next door gym was bad. Noise and dust from the construction. Breakfast and food in the restaurant was good and wifi worked ok, so the hotel is ok if you're on transit for 1 night. I wouldn't recommend for longer stays or if you're on holiday or romantic trip.”

”The hotel was ok, BUT when I reserved the room, I paid some extra for it. I really wanted to see the roof terrace. BUT there was not said that the roof terrace was only if you get a room from upper floors. I was (and still am) very disappointed of that wrong information. When we arrived to the hotel and I tried to go to the roof terrace (room 9th floor), it was not possible unless I pay more! ”Extremely clean rooms, helpful staff. The restaurant is truly amazing. We arrived on the Blue Train and stayed 3 nights on the way to Victoria Falls. The driver said most guests arrive or deposit by the Blue Train or Rovos Rail and spend only 1 night. What a pity! The hotel is such a wonderful experience in itself. The driver took us to the Botanical Gardens which is really a very nice park one day and the Zoo the next. He wanted us to see the Union Building and statue of Nelson Mandela. I...
