”The location was convenient for exploring the Keys. We stopped here just for one night. The floors were dirty but bathroom & kitchen area were all clean.”

This place is a glorified 2-star motel with a predatory pricing model.We paid $300 per night only to be given a room with a depressing view of the parking lot—which, by the way, they charged us an additional $19 per day just to use.The "included breakfast" was an insult. There were no eggs, no bagels, and shockingly, no coffee. Instead, they served frozen sandwiches that looked like they were bought in bulk from a dollar store.Save your money and stay...

”Good value for money if you appreciate the old Florida charm. They have kept to the original looks and feel, but everything was clean n neat. Very friendly staff, laid back athmosphere and beautiful views from the room. We enjoyed our stay.”

”Really a fun experience floating on the marina in our private houseboat. We were pleasantly surprised at how much storage room there was for our stuff, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked for making breakfast or lunch. Daily visits from manatees and some other sea creatures (small sharks?) were very welcomed. Location was central to all the various keys and attractions, including a beautiful beach just down the road.”
