”The manager is super nice, responds very quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a residential area. It was only a few minute walk to a family mart, 7-11 and to a train station. Having multiple bathroom was nice because there were 5 of us. It was just different that we had to go on the 2nd and 3rd floor to use the toilet. The ground floor had the shower so we always had to bring up our dirty clothes up to wash it. But it felt very comfortable! ”

”Close to train lines, great accommodation for our adult family group of 6. Situated on 3 levels via a steep staircase. Asami communicated well and was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the beautiful complimentary green tea, and the apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean. ”

”Overall, our stay was disappointing. Apartment was clean with close access to trains but host never bothered to tell us the place was located right in the middle of Korea Town which is not what we would want for a once in a lifetime stay in Toyko! Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. Lots of difficulty regulating the heat and host was not as helpful with that as we would have expected. Never responded when we said we...

"We stayed at a superior double room for 8 nights. Our stay was very pleasant as the room was spacious, clean and quiet. It also had all the necessary amenities (toothbrush, -paste, hairbrush, nightgown, slippers etc) topped with a little refridgerator and a bath. The hotel personel was welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient and there is a lot of small restaurants closeby (Tsukemen Zuppa for example was really nice and vegetarian friendly). If you are looking for to skip the nearby Starbucks I would strongly recommend visiting a small cafe called Hayakawa. Its only couple of blocks away and we had the best coffee we ever had in there."
