”Good afternoon just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay at Crows Nest we had a great time and the property is amazing but last night approximately at 2 am someone tried to break in to our tree house. Thankfully Ruidoso Police did go when we called and they found a man that had trespassed the property and they walked him out. If I had any suggestions it would be to possibly have certain contact information of someone available on the property for when there is emergencies”

”Our stay at Timbers too was good. The back porch, which is where the hot tub and grill are is through the master bedroom. The back porch was much smaller than expected with lots of cob webs on all the seating, tables and even the hot tub cover. We had to sweep everything off before we could enjoy the back porch. Lighting is another issue on the back porch. The grill is in the corner and is completely dark, there are 2 lights but 1 only worked if plugged in, we had to use an extension cord from...

”Overall very outdated. Mold in upstairs shower (I can send a picture). killed a spider in upstairs vanity sink; not enough towels/washrags for 2 adults for a 4 night stay; towels very old and smelled a little mildewy; needed extra blankets; coffee pods would be nice to use in the Keurig; sugar etc. for coffee/tea; outside was a little trashy, needed a good cleaning; extra trash bags would have been needed if we had actually cooked there. Better soap, lotion, shampoo and creme rinse would be...
