”Beautiful home!! Everything you need for a wonderful time. Beds are comfortable, house is clean and porches are perfect!!”

”As our family group consisted of all senior citizens, the one level was perfect for ease of unloading, asscessibility of all areas and open floor plan. The neighborhood was great for ease of shopping,sightseeing and other trips. A little tender loving care (towels)and perhaps more instructions for using tv would have been helpful. However, the few flaws were minor and I felt the house and location could not have been more perfect!!! We highly reccomend it and will stay there againl”

”We really enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing and the house was just like the pictures. We had deer right outside the cabin and saw elk when driving around the neighborhood every afternoon. Great location being close to Ski Apache, ski rental shops, and about a 10 min drive into downtown Ruidoso. There were a few maintenance issues that needed addressing but nothing that affected our stay or overall review. ”

”We had a family of 11 with ages ranging 12-72--and we found this rental to work well for us. The view--we all agreed--was spectacular. It was where you'd find each of us watching the sunrise in the mornings, and star gazing in the evenings. The driveway was steep, but our more adventurous drivers took it with ease (at least after the initial drive up). The pool table was used frequently--and enjoyed. ”
