”Excellent communication with the host and constant support. From photos o thought more of a sea view, but that was limited. Nice apartment, but would have been nice to have pool access which was limited to months we were not there by our understanding”

”What a beautiful place to stay. The Hosts Michele and his wife are so lovely and helpful. If we had come here earlier in our trip, we probably would have stayed a week. Very handy to drive to Bari, Trani, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare.
Will definitely come back.”

”I did not have a ocean view I had a basement room ..it was clean basic and adequate..it’s not exactly ocean front, some of the photos used are not of the property itself, but at a beach kiosk quite a walk away and was closed which is quite deceiving and I would not say it’s a hotel and it’s not a bed and breakfast either it’s a guest house room and bathroom, no Wifi, some form of satalite tv no English speaking channels it did have a fridge and on the positive was lovely quite and safe at night....

Ottima struttura”

”Good communication, the staff came and met us late at night to hand us the keys. We only stayed here for one night as a quick stop off but the room was really big, clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. There is also a shop across the road.”

”Sabino was very helpful right from the start. Great communication. Very helpful. The entrance to the property requires attention, but with very clear instructions. Even I was able to get in without a hassle. I stayed at a one bedroom suite. Nice and large with good kitchen supply and microwave. I thought was great value
A wide terrace. With panaromic views. The place was clean. I recommend this place. Thank you Sabino. I'll be back next year. Speak again soon.”

”everything was nice and new. There were 2 problems: expedia customer service. If I had to rate it, it would be 0 points. The other problem was that the central air conditioning was a bit loud when we slept in the living room. The hosts were very nice and attentive, they responded very quickly on WhatsApp, we got water, kv, little things that we didn't have elsewhere, and it was very nice. (detergent, dishwashing liquid, more toilet paper, 2x towel change per week, kv capsules). The terrace was...

”The property was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in was fully digital and hassle-free, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had an issue with the hot water, but the host quickly sent a maintenance person to resolve it. He also promptly fixed the broken hand shower.
The apartment has all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable short stay. It also comes with a washing machine, a clothes-drying rack, and a spacious balcony, which was...
