You will appreciate its garden and its fitted terrace, perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air, whether for your meals accompanied by grilled food cooked on the plancha or for an afternoon nap in the shade.

Ideally located, the house is only 1.5 km from the first beaches, easily accessible by bike thanks to the cycle paths.



Upon arrival at the house, you will discover the bright living room with its lounge area with sofas and its lovely decorative fireplace. Just behind is the dining table with a view of the garden. You will also discover the fully equipped open kitchen, it has everything you need to cook with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster, a Senseo coffee maker, and all the utensils you may need.



The house has 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200)

- Bedroom 2: a Queen Size bed (160x200)

- Bedroom 3: a Queen Size bed (160x200)



You will also have 2 bathrooms at your disposal, both equipped with hairdryers as well as 2 separate toilets.



You will be able to park up to 2 cars in front of the house garage.



For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron.
