It comprises a living room with a fitted kitchenette, a lounge area with a television, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a large wardrobe, and a television overlooking the courtyard, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). Amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, towel warmer, and freezer compartment. Garden furniture, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue, and two sun loungers are provided. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in the courtyard for two cars. A cleaning service is available for an additional €87.

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Gois passage. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbatre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
Enjoy the Aquatic Park with your family. You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.
