”Enjoyed the property & its close location to Nokomis Beach which is an easy walk. Quiet neighborhood. Had plenty of beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc for your use which was appreciated. Easy access to downtown Venice or up to Sarasota. Perfect accommodation for a couple or 2 person stay. We will be back again as the hosts were very helpful & responsive. ”

”This place was cute and we were one of the first to stay in it. They need to add a few things like a light in the dinning room and more furniture/ chairs so you can sit more than a couple of people when trying to watch tv. more than 2 people in the living room. ..over all it was a ”

Not only was it comfortable, cozy and beautiful but the owners are they best they take super good care of the hidden gem in Nokomis and there there for all your needs, it was a please staying here. ”We loved it here! Perfect location close to the beach and my parents who spend their winter in Venice. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach every night. Lovely neighborhood for walking. Very nice pool. The unit was great for me and my husband and our 3 kids ages 15-26. Staff was very quick to respond to any request. Can’t wait to visit again!”
