”The hotel was modern and room was surprisingly big. But there was traffic noise even the room was on the upper floors because it was facing the street. My room type didn't have rooms on the more quiet side of the building. There was no much help of the staff because they didn't speak English or "were too busy to help". Location was great to explore Kanazawa.”

”This resort appears to be popular with families with little kids. We got a room with 2 beds and 2 futons so it was larger than the usual futon only rooms. It had a bathroom but no shower, with expectations that you would shower at the onsen. They had free parking which was nice. The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast of our trip with lots of items to choose from. ”

”This is a truly unique hotel, transformed from an old house and surrounded by various shops that add to the street’s historic charm. We stayed on the ground floor and had a wonderful experience—a spacious bedroom facing a small, traditional courtyard, with convenient hotel facilities nearby. One staff member spoke excellent English, and even the Japanese-speaking staff were very helpful, assisting us by calling our next hotel in Kaga Onsen to arrange a pick-up bus. The staff were always polite...

”Good location (20 min walk from the train station) the room’s are nice size as well. We tried the breakfast one morning, it was alright, naturally more of japanese style. So if your looking for western style breakfast, maybe find a coffee shop for less money. The lounge was a nice touch. ”
