”We could not wish for a better place to spend our honeymoon. All the staff from the reception to the cafe restaurant as very kind and made our stay a spectacular experience. ”食事も京都らしくて、大満足でした”

”Erittäin hienostunut hotelli kauniissa ympäristössä.”

”Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone.”

”Great place. It was even better than we expected!”

”Expensive breakfast and not worth the price- only negative. Hotel is within a cab ride of all attractions or a 20 minute walk. Staff are very friendly and hotel is clean and rooms are beautiful.”

”The Front desk and Concierge were amazing and set me up for an amazing Japan Adventure”

”This small hotel is really cute. The rooms are clean, equipped and super nice! The staff was really helpful and polite. They have breakfast and they have 2 light meals during the day which were good and perfect for what they are. Really happy with the property and the experience. I loved the bathtub with view on the interior garden.”

”We absolutely loved this hotel! Fantastic location that was out of the busyness of the main districts but in close walking proximity to convenience stores, restaurants, places for coffee and breakfast, and of course the castle and the imperial palace grounds. Great rooms - such a fantastic size for Japan, which was great for our crawling ten month old who wanted to crawl and pull himself up on everything. Staff were lovely and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.”

”Erittäin siisti huone, hyvä aamupala ja upea kylpylä.”

”This is a great hotel, the staff are awesome, the service was great. The breakfast was very good. I would totally recommend this place.”

”Todella kiva ja siisti paikka. Ihanat vuodevaatteet ja pyjamat. Spa mukava. Kuntosali pieni mutta ok. Aamupala ihan hyvä. Plussana kun kahvia saa milloin vaan. Vaatteiden pesu - ja silitysmahdollisuus.”

”Had some issues upon arrival. We had a reservation for a triple room, but they weren't willing to have us stay in such a room(even if they have the room type, and I had reserved it) . We ended up in a standard twin with additional bed. To hotel is ok. Breakfast quite good. Location a bit off, there wasn't much sights closeby, and the area was quite boring at night. A good perk with this hotel is their shuttle bus, very nice drivers and very convenient to get to/from Kyoto station every 30min if...
