The lady at the resort was very nice and helpful with everything that we needed. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook, pots, pans, cooking equipment and a natural gas stove. (The stove can be tricky to turn on if you have never used one before. Turn 1/4 and use the bbq lighter if you do not hear an igniter)
The pool and backyard was beautiful and very clean. There is a grocery store around the corner that is not terribly priced and you get do one grocery shopping visit to last the entire stay. (Note: There are so many great restaurants you will not want to cook as much as you think)
The place is also in a great location. You are a 2 minute drive to palm beach and can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this location over an Eagle Beach place.
The only con of the place that i did not like was a sign inside the unit stating that if you use your AC all day they would charge you $10 a day. I think the cooling of the place should be already included in their rate and after a long hot day on the beach I do not want to return to a hot apartment and wait until it cools down. Simply setting the AC to Auto and picking a reasonable temperature should be a fair resolution.
