Mixed Experience – Disappointed with Front Desk Service
We had a mixed experience during our stay. The bellhop and housekeeping staff were absolutely wonderful—kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk team. Every interaction we had with them, from check-in to check-out, was marked by rudeness and a complete lack of warmth.
Upon checking out, the staff member didn’t ask how our stay was or offer a simple farewell—just handed us a receipt with no acknowledgment or courtesy. For a stay that cost us over $6,000, we expected at least a basic level of customer service and professionalism.
My family and I have stayed at Embassy Suites for many years and have always had good experiences, but this visit left us disappointed and disheartened. Kind, friendly service can make all the difference—and sadly, it was missing here.
We won’t be returning to this location.
