The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room. The very elegant sofa is a great place to relax. Perfect entertainment is guaranteed thanks to the large wall-mounted TV. The room has an exquisite flair not least thanks to the high-quality modern vinyl floor. The trendy LED lighting also provides pleasant, warm light. As in the rest of the apartment, this is built into the suspended ceiling construction. If required, the lighting can be dimmed individually.
All windows in the room as well as the patio lift-sliding door are equipped with fly screens and electrically operated roller blinds, and there are also elegant pleated blinds on two French doors.

The kitchen is also completely new, in addition to high-quality kitchen appliances, a back wall with 2 seats for the dining area has been integrated, and there are 2 very comfortable kitchen chairs on castors to match.
