In the living area, you'll find amenities such as a comfortable sofa and armchair, as well as a large flat-screen TV and stereo system. The well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, also includes a coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hand blender, and all necessary dishes and cutlery.

The bright bedroom features a comfortable double bed. A spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers provide additional storage.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, mirror, and heated towel rail. Even cold weather won't bother you, as the entire apartment has underfloor heating.

To make the stay as pleasant as possible for our youngest guests, a crib and highchair are provided. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.

A washing machine is available for your use in the utility room, and the apartment can be darkened or shaded with electric blinds.


The apartment is equipped with electric blinds for added privacy. On the balcony, furnished with garden furniture, you can soak up the last rays of sunshine or enjoy a delicious meal on the electric grill.

This apartment includes a parking space at the building and an outdoor storage area for bicycles.
