The year-round heated conservatory. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a large sliding door allow plenty of natural light to flood the living and kitchen area in every season – the perfect place for your first coffee in the morning or relaxing evenings.

Open-plan living and cooking area:

High-quality fitted kitchen with induction cooktop, combination oven/steam oven, dishwasher, and complete equipment. In the living area, a comfortable armchair, cable TV, and radio/CD player invite you to relax.

Sleeping accommodations:

A separate bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and wardrobe. For flexible occupancy, the living area also features a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a practical wall bed (140 x 200 cm).

Bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating and towel warmer.

Good to know: Fresh bed linen is already made up for you! (Please bring your own towels). A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement via coin-operated machines.
