Step into the welcoming living room, where a comfortable sofa bed offers additional sleeping space for two guests and a TV provides the perfect setting for relaxing after a day of exploring. The open and inviting layout creates a warm atmosphere for spending time together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare everything from simple breakfasts to family dinners.

The house features two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a cozy double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the modern bathroom features a refreshing shower, with fresh towels and a hairdryer provided for your convenience.

Step outside onto the private terrace, where you'll find one of the highlights of the property. Equipped with a BBQ, outdoor dining area, and comfortable lounge seating, it's the perfect place to enjoy meals in the fresh air, relax under the stars, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

A charming and peaceful house in Achada, on the northeast coast of São Miguel Island, surrounded by lush green landscapes and breathtaking natural beauty. Guests can enjoy easy access to some of the Azores' most spectacular attractions, including the stunning Parque Natural da Ribeira dos Caldeirões, famous for its waterfalls, traditional watermills, and scenic walking trails.

The area is perfect for nature lovers, with nearby hiking routes, dramatic coastal viewpoints, and the beautiful Ponta do Sossego and Ponta da Madrugada viewpoints offering unforgettable ocean panoramas. Guests can also explore the charming villages of Nordeste and enjoy the island's volcanic landscapes, natural pools, and local gastronomy.

It's an ideal base for experiencing the tranquility, nature, and authentic beauty of São Miguel and the Azores.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

As São Miguel Island does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily by car and bus.

The nearest bus stop is approximately a 2–5 minute walk from the property, with regular connections to Nordeste, Povoação, Ribeira Grande, and Ponta Delgada.

João Paulo II Airport (PDL) is approximately a 55–60 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
