The apartment is equipped with a fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, 55-inch smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Families will find a baby cot and high chair available.



A special highlight is the 20 sqm partly covered roof terrace with lounge furniture and a gas grill – perfect for relaxing.



A parking space with wallbox is available on the secured property directly at the house. There are also bicycle racks and, upon request, a garage space for motorcycles, which can be used for an extra fee. Pets are warmly welcome.



Please note: The apartment is on the second floor and accessible only by stairs (not barrier-free). The central location offers excellent connections: a tram stop is right outside, and the main and bus stations as well as the Harz narrow-gauge railway are a two-minute walk away. Nearby you will find bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a shopping center, whose ventilation can be heard as background noise when windows are open.



The location is ideal for trips on the Harz narrow-gauge railway, to the Possen amusement park, the Mittelbau-Dora concentration camp memorial, the Nordhausen traditional distillery, or into the Harz mountains.
